Terms of service
Last updated: 24 July 2026
These terms govern your use of the Cookie Cut Co. website and any orders you place with us. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
Orders
When you place an order you’re making an offer to buy. A contract is formed once we accept it, which we confirm by email. We may decline or cancel an order – for example if an item is out of stock, there was a pricing error, or we’re unable to make a requested custom design – and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full.
Pricing & payment
Prices are shown on the site and may change from time to time. Payment is taken securely at checkout via Stripe. If a genuine pricing error means an item was listed at the wrong price, we’ll let you know before dispatch and you can choose to continue at the correct price or cancel.
Custom designs
When you submit artwork, images or files for a custom cutter, you confirm you own them or have the right to use them, and you grant us the licence needed to produce your order. We’ll prepare a design for you to review, and we’ll only put it into production once you approve it. We may decline requests that are unlawful, infringe someone else’s rights, or that we’re unable to make.
Intellectual property
All content on this site – including our designs, 3D models, product photography, text and branding – belongs to Cookie Cut Co. or our licensors and may not be copied, reproduced or resold without our permission. The 3D previews on the site are provided for viewing only.
Shipping & delivery
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but aren’t guaranteed, as final delivery is handled by our couriers. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery.
Returns & refunds
Returns and refunds are covered by our refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to it, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Subject to that, we’re not liable for losses that weren’t reasonably foreseeable. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales will have jurisdiction over any dispute.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version shown here, with the “last updated” date above, applies to your use of the site.
